Last week we have a meeting, a planning meeting. A lot of thing to plan. When we do planning we usually do planning for 5 years ahead.
It takes two meetings, actually one meeting last week and two days planning workshop this week for the planning purpose.
Planning can be very time consuming.
Yesterday, i opened microsoft excel. Put all the data and began automating the process.
Guess what?
We can actually save a lot of time, just by using COUNTIF and simple mathematics in microsoft excel. Today me and some few friends, decided to make a working template by improving the excel file so that other people in our workplace can use it for planning.
