Microsoft Excel Template as productivity tool
It takes two meetings, actually one meeting last week and two days planning workshop this week for the planning purpose.
Planning can be very time consuming.
Yesterday, i opened microsoft excel. Put all the data and began automating the process.
Guess what?
We can actually save a lot of time, just by using COUNTIF and simple mathematics in microsoft excel. Today me and some few friends, decided to make a working template by improving the excel file so that other people in our workplace can use it for planning.
